Loop Dream is an earplug designed to enhance sleep quality by balancing two often conflicting needs: noise reduction and all-night comfort in any sleeping position. Its soft, ergonomic design fits snugly and comfortably in the ear, offering a solution to the common discomfort caused by traditional earplugs. The product combines a unique combination of materials with optimized geometry to deliver superior comfort while effectively reducing noise. Despite challenges such as the product's compact size, diverse ear shapes, and manufacturing limitations, it overcomes the shortcomings of conventional earplugs without compromising on Loop's design standard.

As Senior Product Design Engineering Lead at Loop Earplugs, I was responsible for the design and development of Loop Dream from exploration to validation. I led a multidisciplinary team of industrial designers, UX specialists, CMF experts, engineers, and quality professionals. In addition to driving design efforts, I oversaw program management, which involved planning, budgeting, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
Additionally, I was responsible for several research and style projects.
